BAGHDAD, IQ, November 16 2009 - Keeping a promise to troops he made in 2003, California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger arrived in Baghdad, Nov. 16, to talk to service members about the value of the work they continue to do here. "You may not think what you are doing here matters, but it does," he told the nearly 400 Service members and civilians that gathered at a Camp Victory chow hall to catch a glimpse of "The Terminator."
